In the event we cancel services due to client fault or breach, no refund will be issued. If we cancel for reasons not related to client fault (a rare occurrence), any potential refund or credit would be solely at our discretion and determined on a case-by-case basis, considering work already performed.
7. Support for Business Setup Services
While refunds are not provided if issues arise during business formation/EIN/banking processes due to third-party actions or client documentation issues, we do offer up to three (3) months of complimentary support from the date of service commencement for these specific guidance services. This support aims to help you navigate unexpected challenges or understand communications from third parties related to the processes we guided you on. This support does not constitute a guarantee of outcome or involve performing additional work beyond the original scope without further agreement.
